RESOLUCION SOBRE LA DEMANDA. Si la demanda reúne los requisitos exigidos en el artículo anterior, se ordenará correr traslado del proceso al procurador delegado para las Fuerzas Militares o para la Policía Nacional, según el caso, por veinte (20) días para que emita su concepto y por quince (15) días comunes a las demás partes para alegar. Si la demanda no reúne los requisitos, se declarará desierto el recurso y se devolverá el proceso al tribunal de origen.
