Toda persona que con cualquier carácter comparezca al proceso penal, está en la obligación de indicar el lugar donde se le puedan dirigir las citaciones si nuevamente se requiere su comparecencia y de dar aviso de dar aviso oportuno del cambio. La renuencia a declarar el lugar, la inexactitud al respecto o la omisión de dar aviso oportuno del cambio, hará incurrir al infractor en la sanción prevista en el artículo anterior.
