Los fondos de las cajas especiales constituidas por leyes serán mantenidos en depósitos en el Banco. Así mismo lo serán los depósitos judiciales radicados en el Distrito del asiento principal del Banco o de sus sucursales. Estas partidas figurarán en cuentas abiertas a las entidades que consignen.
