- Son funciones de los Abogados Asistentes: 1ª.- Sustanciar los autos que correspondan a los respectivos Magistrados o Sección; 2ª.- Elaborar los proyectos de fallo que en cada caso corresponda; 3ª- Preparar para la firma del Magistrado correspondiente, los autos que impulsen el proceso, ordenen pruebas, citaciones, emplazamientos, etc. ; 4ª.- Colaborar en la tramitación de los asuntos que, por reparto, correspondan al despacho del respectivo Magistrado o Sección; 5ª.- Cumplir las comisiones que le asignen los Magistrados en desarrollo de los artículos 12 y 25 del presente Decreto; 6ª.- Las demás que les señale la ley o los reglamentos.
