Sanciones. Verificada la violación de las disposiciones establecidas en el presente decreto, el Ministerio de Comunicaciones podrá imponer las sanciones consagradas para el efecto en el Decreto 1900 de 1990 y las normas que lo modifiquen, adicionen o sustituyan.
