Requisitos para contratar la administración del fondo. Para la celebración del contrato de administración se tendrán en cuenta la capacidad y disposición de un infraestructura operativa y técnica adecuada y suficiente para cumplir con la administración de los recursos confiados, con las actividades que se deriven del contrato y con el recaudo y control de la Contribución Parafiscal de manera oportuna y efectiva.
