El incumplimiento de las obligaciones señaladas en este Decreto, será sancionado por la Dirección General de Aduanas con la suspensión de la licencia de funcionamiento del Depósito Franco por un término de sesenta (60) días, la primera vez, y con la cancelación definitiva de la licencia en caso de reincidencia, sin perjuicio, de las sanciones penales a que hubiere lugar. En ambos eventos se hará efectiva la garantía de cumplimiento.
