Son Suboficiales De Actividad, Tanto Los Combatientes Como Los Servicios Que, En La Forma Prevista Por Este Decreto, Sean Inscritos En El Escalafón De La Respectiva Actividad

º. Son Suboficiales de actividad, tanto los combatientes como los servicios que, en la forma prevista por este Decreto, sean inscritos en el escalafón de la respectiva actividad.

Parágrafo

Son Suboficiales combatientes los que desempeñan funciones de auxiliares de los Oficiales en la instrucción y el mando de las tropas, y son Suboficiales de servicios los que desempeñan funciones en los ramos de Intendencia (alimentación, vestuario y equipo, alojamiento, caja, transportes y acarreos), sanidad, veterinaria y remonta, material de guerra, combustibles, material técnico, correo en campaña, oficinas, técnica en general, talleres y otros similares que se organicen para ayudar a las tropas.
