Como Homenaje a la Universidad Libre de Colombia, se condecorará al señor Presidente doctor Luis Francisco Sierra Reyes, como su representante, con “La Orden de La Cruz del Comendador”, en ceremonia que se celebrará en el Salón Elíptico del Capitolio Nacional, ante la presencia de sus directivos, cuerpo docente, personal administrativo y comunidad universitaria en general.
