º Los gastos de transporte se reconocerán entre la ciudad de origen y la de destino, y deberán ser comprobados mediante los conocimientos de embarque y los contratos o recibos de transporte terrestre. El funcionario deberá adjuntar, además, una relación pormenorizada de los objetos y enseres personales o de menaje doméstico transportados, debidamente certificada por el Cónsul colombiano de la ciudad de origen, o por el Jefe de Personal del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores cuando el funcionario sale del país,
