Las entidades públicas de la Rama Ejecutiva del orden nacional, tanto del nivel central como descentralizado, impartirán y adoptarán las instrucciones pertinentes que permitan a sus servidores públicos suspender las diferentes actividades laborales y de atención al público, de manera que el día 15 de julio de 2024 sea considerado como un día No Hábil, laboralmente.
