Articulo 43. Al procederá la descarga se volverán a examinar las cerraduras i sellos i se avisarán al Administrador de la Aduana las novedades que ocurran. Dichos sellos solo podrán ser levantados por el Guarda almacen, i eso en el acto en que se vaya comenzar la descarga.
