Modifícase el artículo 1º del Decreto 3271 del 2 de septiembre de 2008, el cual quedará así: "Establecer un gravamen arancelario del 40% para las importaciones de productos del sector de confecciones de materias textiles clasificables por los Capítulos 61 y 62 del Arancel de Aduanas siempre que los precios FOB declarados sean inferiores a los precios indicativos determinados por la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales".
