El Director organizará por cuenta y en beneficio de la administración, expendios de géneros alimenticios, bebidas no embriagantes, y otros objetos útiles e inofensivos de uso personal para los detenidos o condenados, liquidando a las ventas una utilidad no mayor del 10 por ciento, a favor de la caja especial de Establecimiento. En ningún caso podrán establecerlo como negocio propio de los mismos presos o de los empleados.
