En los lugares donde no funcionen Juzgados del Trabajo conocerán entretanto de los negocios atribuidos a éstos, los Jueces Municipales o del Circuito, según la cuantía, a prevención con el Juez del Trabajo más cercano, pero las apelaciones se surtirán en todo caso ante el respectivo Tribunal Seccional del Trabajo.
