Vigencia. Este decreto rige desde la fecha de su publicación, a partir de la cual el Fosyga, las EPS y los operadores de PILA dispondrán de un plazo de seis (6) meses para adecuarse a lo aquí previsto, momento a partir del cual operará la movilidad entre regímenes.
