º Acuerd os de Pago., La Dirección. de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales podrá celebrar acuerdos de pago para la cancelación de los tributos aduaneros correspondientes, los cuales se sujetarán a lo dispuesto en la Legislación Aduanera. En este evento, el levante de las mercancías sólo podrá autorizarse hasta cuando se otorgue el acuerdo de pago, el que debe seis (6) meses siguientes a fecha en que entró en vigencia la Ley 488 de 1998.
