Prórroga

Decreto 2289 de 2023 · por el cual se prorroga la vigencia de la planta temporal del Departamento Administrativo de la Función Pública creada mediante el Decreto número 1265 de 2023.

Prórroga. Prorrogar hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2024, la vigencia de los ochenta y dos (82) empleos temporales creados mediante el Decreto número 1265 de 2023, en la planta de personal del Departamento Administrativo de la Función Pública.

Parágrafo

Los empleos de carácter temporal cuya vigencia se autoriza prorrogar en el presente artículo, están destinados a cumplir las funciones que dieron lugar a su creación, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 21 de la Ley 909 de 2004 y el artículo 2.2.1.1.4 del Decreto número 1083 de 2015.
