ARTICULO 48. DEL PROCEDIMIENTO. Las peticiones y reclamaciones sobre prestaciones sociales que formulen los empleados públicos y trabajadores oficiales serán presentadas ante la autoridad competente mediante escrito que será radicado y numerado. A dicho escrito se acompañarán las pruebas exigidas por la ley o los reglamentos.
