Modifíquese el artículo 9.1.2.1.2 del Decreto 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así: "ARTÍCULO 9.1.2.1.2 Levantamiento de la medida de toma de posesión. La medida de toma de posesión podrá ser levantada, previo concepto del Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras-FOGAFIN, por la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia mediante acto administrativo, cuya notificación se sujetará a las normas del Código de Procedimiento Administrativo y de lo Contencioso Administrativo, o las normas que lo modifiquen, sustituyan o adicionen.".
