Condónase a la sucesión del señor Luis Montes Granados la suma de veintisiete mil doscientos treinta y cuatro pesos cincuenta y un centavos ($ 27,234-51), como alcances y multas que cursan en el Juzgado 1º Nacional de Ejecuciones Fiscales, deducidos a dicho señor en su carácter de Administrador de Hacienda Nacional de Bolívar, en los años de 1897 a 1915. En tal virtud, se declara cancelada la respectiva fianza.
