º . Límite de la base de cotización. La base de cotización al Fondo de Previsión Social del Congreso de la República, no podrá ser superior a veinte (20) salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes, de acuerdo con el artículo 18 de la Ley 100 de 1993, con la excepción consagrada para los Congresistas de conformidad con el artículo 3º, del Decreto 314 de 1994.
