Toda persona tiene derecho a impedir que su busto o retrato se exhiba o ponga en el comercio sin el consentimiento expreso de la misma persona, o, habiendo fallecido ella, de las personas mencionadas en el artículo 24 de esta Ley. La persona que haya dado su consentimiento puede revocarlo indemnizando todo perjuicio.
