º . Los cuarteles que el Gobierno construirá para el alojamiento de las tropas, en desarrollo de la Ley 59 de 1926, serán de dos tipos: tipo de clima frío y tipo de climas cálido o templado. Ambos tipos deberán reunir las condiciones higiénicas y comodidades posibles para los diferentes servicios, y arquitectura sencilla y elegante.
