ARTICULO 7o . División de Sistemas. - Créase la División de Sistemas, dependiente de la Secretaría General, con las siguientes funciones

1.

Determinar los proyectos de sistemas de información que requiera el Ministerio.

2.

Diseñar e implantar los sistemas de información de acuerdo con las prioridades establecidas.

3.

Brindar el apoyo logístico en materia de informática a las diferentes dependencias del Ministerio.

4.

Evaluar los sistemas de información orientados a aplicaciones administrativas.

5.

Evaluar y recomendar los equipos adecuados para el desarrollo de los sistemas de información de la entidad.

6.

Velar por la adecuada utilización y mantenimiento de los recursos informáticos de la entidad. CAPITULO II DISPOSICIONES LABORALES TRANSITORIAS I DISPOSICIONES GENERALES
