Artículo único. Suprímese el cargo de Tesorero Contador del Fondo Rotatorio, creado por el Decreto 3941 de 1947, y adscríbanse dichas funciones al Cajero Principal de la Zona de Edificios Nacionales de Nariño, empleado que responderá del manejo con la misma fianza que tiene constituida a favor del Gobierno.
