El supervisor comunicará su decisión al Departamento de Vigilancia Judicial del Ministerio de Justicia, a más tardar dos días después de aquel en que se notifique la providencia, para que se pueda verificar la manera como se cumple lo dispuesto en este Decreto y anotar el contenido del fallo en la hoja de vida del funcionario respectivo.
