De las resoluciones sobre imposición de multas que dicten los Directores Subalternos, podrán apelarse Para ante el Gobernador del Departamento, Intendente o Comisario, en los respectivos casos. El recurso se decidirá en vista de lo actuado en el término de cinco días.

Parágrafo

En el Departamento de Cundinamarca se surtirán ante el Director General las apelaciones de las providencias penales que dicten el Director Subalterno, y ante el Ministro respectivo las que procedan del Director General.
