Subsidio Familiar . Para efectos del reconocimiento del subsidio familiar de que trata el Artículo 66 del Decreto 612 de 1977, el interesado formulará por escrito y por conducto regular la solicitud correspondiente al Ministerio de Defensa, acompañando las actas de registro civil debidamente autenticadas, o las pruebas supletorias aceptadas por la Ley, en las que conste el matrimonio válido en Colombia o el nacimiento de cada uno de los hijos.
