Artículo doce. Dependiente de la Sección de Economía del Ministerio de Agricultura y Comercio funcionará el Almacén de Provisión Agrícola, con un fondo rotativo no inferior de cien mil pesos ($ 100.000), y cuya organización y personal se determinarán por separado. Este Almacén tendrá por objetó vender, a los agricultores a precios de costo y con garantía de calidad, maquinarias, herramientas, semillas insecticidas, abonos y demás elementos y equipos para usos agrícolas.
