°. Corrección de yerros. Corrígese el artículo 38 de la Ley 1673 de 2013, el cual quedará así: “ Artículo 38. Las entidades a las que se refiere el artículo 26 podrán ejercer algunas o todas las funciones de autorregulación del artículo 24, en los términos y condiciones que determine el Gobierno Nacional. La función del Registro Abierto de Avaluadores, no podrá ser ejercida con independencia de las otras tres funciones señaladas en el artículo 24”.
