Art. 1324. El que de buena fe hubiere ocupado la herencia, no será responsable de las enajenaciones o deterioros de las cosas hereditarias, sino en cuanto le hayan hecho más rico; pero habiéndola ocupado de mala fe, lo será de todo el importe de las enajenaciones o deterioros.
