Art. 15. Los derechos de los Notarios y Registradores de instrumentos públicos establecidos en el Código Civil y Leyes reformatorias, quedan elevados en la proporción de uno á quince.

Declárase caducado el artículo 3.° del Decreto Legislativo número 328 de 1903.
