El cobro por concepto de servicio de transporte escolar, alojamiento escolar y alimentación, en cuyo costo decida incurrir el establecimiento educativo estatal, deberá ser definido en el proyecto educativo institucional y sometido al procedimiento de determinación, contemplado en el artículo 9o. de este reglamento para los derechos académicos. Cualquier otro cobro sólo podrá hacerse, si así lo determina la secretaría de educación departamental o distrital en el acto administrativo a que se refieren los artículos 2o. y 5o. de este reglamento o a expresa solicitud del Consejo Directivo del establecimiento educativo estatal.
