Trasládase del capítulo 14, articulo 204, al artículo 205, del mismo capítulo, de la Ley de Apropiaciones de la vigencia en curso la suma de diez y nueve mil cuatrocientos noventa y seis pesos sesenta y tres centavos ($ 19,496-63), para poder atender parcialmente a los gastos de material de la Policía Nacional que aún faltan por hacer.

Parágrafo

Dése cuenta, al Contralor General y preséntese al Congreso en las sesiones próximas ordinarias por el Ministerio de Gobierno, los documentos que justifican la traslación de que se trata, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 17 de la Ley 34 de 1923, sobre formación y fuerza restrictiva del Presupuesto Nacional.
