º De las formas de ascenso. De conformidad con el artículo 8º del Decreto-ley 1321 de 1978, un funcionario técnico-científico podrá ascender de un grado a otro del área técnico-científica, mediante uno de los siguientes procedimientos

Por el puntaje recibido por el rendimiento y otros estudios no conducentes a un título académico

Por el Puntaje recibido por títulos académicos del post-grado (Magister o Doctorado):

Por el puntaje recibido por ambos conceptos.
