ARTICULO 33 . TERMINO DE PRESCRIPCION DE LA ACCION. La acción disciplinaria prescribe en el término de siete (7) años para las faltas gravísimas y de cinco (5) años para las demás. La prescripción de la acción empezará a contarse para las faltas instantáneas desde el día de la consumación y desde la perpetración del último acto en las de carácter permanente.
