Art. 4.° Esta cantidad la aplicará especialmente el Gobierno municipal en los auxilios que deben darse á las iglesias y establecimientos de Beneficencia, para la construcción de las alcantarillas y pavimentos de las calles en que estén situados dichos edificios en la parte que corresponda á sus frentes.
