El artículo 1º de la Ley 22 de 1942 quedará así: funcionarios del Organo Judicial, del Ministerio Público y de lo Contencioso-Administrativo y sus respectivos subalternos, tendrán derecho, al retirarse de sus puestos, a una pensión equivalente al mayor sueldo que hubieren devengado en el desempeño de su cargo en propiedad, durante un año, por lo menos.
