ART 33. Cualquiera tendrá derecho á aprovecharse de las servidumbres naturales que autorizare á imponer una nueva ley; pero para hacerlo tendrá que abonar al dueño del predio sirviente los perjuicios que la constitución de la servidumbre le irrogare, renunciando éste por su parte las utilidades que de la reciprocidad de la servidumbre pudieran resultarle; pero podrá recobrar su derecho á tales utilidades siempre que pague la indemnización antedicha.
