Adiciónase la primera liquidación general del Presupuesto nacional de gastos para el año económico de 1911 con la cantidad de sesenta mil seiscientos pesos ($ 60,600), con la siguiente imputación:

Articulo 209 A. Para pagar á los Departamentos de la Costa Atlántica la indemnización que les corresponde 'en el año por su participación en la renta de salinas marítimas, así:

Las oficinas ordenadoras y pagadoras respectivas describirán en sus libros las operaciones á que da lugar el presente Decreto.
