ARTICULO 3.1.6.3.5 . - NATURALEZA Y DESTINATARIOS. Establécese el seguro de vida para los funcionarios y empleados de la Rama Jurisdiccional, del Ministerio Público y para las personas que transitoriamente desempeñen funciones jurisdiccionales, que por causa o con ocasión del ejercicio de sus funciones pierdan la vida en hechos violentos. El seguro de que trata el presente artículo comprende los gastos funerarios.

Parágrafo

- Se exceptúa de la presente norma a los congresistas que transitoriamente ejerzan las funciones jurisdiccionales a que hace referencia el presente artículo.
