Ley 42 de 1945 · Por la cual se modifican los artículos 1º de la ley 20 de 1940 y 2º de la ley 38 de 1943

Fúndase una Escuela de Médicos Legistas donde puedan hacerse los cursos de especialización para obtener el título de Médicos Legistas; su pénsum y organización debe hacerse con la colaboración de la Facultad de Medicina,. Interviniendo el profesor de Medicina Legal y el Director del Instituto.

Los cursos correspondientes, una vez que se nombre el profesorado, se dictarán en el mismo Instituto, el cual pondrá a sus órdenes el material necesario y sus laboratorios y anfiteatros.

La Universidad Nacional votará las partidas correspondientes que demanden los gastos de la Escuela de Médicos Legistas.
