Vigencia y derogatorias . El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, aplicará a los contratos o modificaciones contractuales que se suscriban a partir de su entrada en vigencia y deroga los Decretos números 2483 de 2003 y 1905 de 2008, modificado por el Decreto número 2150 de 2008.
