Autorizase al poder ejecutivo para celebrar arreglos, en los términos en que lo estime mas conveniente, para construir, usar i mantener una linea de alambre telegráfico, desde Nare a la capital o a otro punto del estado que se juzgue mas aparente, i como ramificacion de la que va a establecerse de Nare a Bogotá.
