Los Comandantes de las unidades militares que reciban las armas y las listas con los nombres e identificación de las personas que forman parte de una agrupación que haya incurrido en actos contra el orden público, remitirán esta documentación a la Procuraduría General de la Nación, por conducto de la Delegada para Ias Fuerzas Militares.
