Cuando al repetirse el curso o exámenes de capacitación para ascenso, el Oficial o Suboficial perdiere hasta dos (2) materias, tendrá derecho a habilitarlas en las condiciones fijadas en el artículo 51 del presente Decreto. Si perdiere más de dos (2) materias o la habilitación a que tiene derecho, se dará aplicación al artículo 52 de este Decreto.
