Para la percepción de todos los impuestos a que se refiere la presente ley, como para la compraventa de lotes de los rellenados por las dragas, el gobierno podrá reglamentar las disposiciones de la presente ley para conceder facilidades para el pago, autorización a los contratistas para recibir cuotas periódicas.
