ARTICULO 5o. El personal carcelario y penitenciario a que se refiere el Decreto-ley 1302 de 1977 con la modificación introducida por el artículo 4 del Decreto 193 de 1987 tendrá derecho a una prima de riesgo sin carácter salarial, equivalente al VEINTE POR CIENTO (20%) del sueldo básico mensual.
