Viabilización de proyectos. Para la viabilización y aprobación de proyectos de inversión a ser financiados con recursos del Sistema General de Regalías, los miembros de los Órganos Colegiados de Administración y Decisión (OCAD) darán prioridad a las iniciativas identificadas en la “Regionalización del Plan Plurianual de Inversiones” que hace parte integral del Plan Nacional de Desarrollo según lo dispuesto por el artículo 5º de la Ley 1753 de 2015 y los Planes de Desarrollo departamentales y municipales.
